Complaints & Disputes Resolutions

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service please contact us, either by

email – mail@jackpotpools.co.uk or by calling: 0116 2720605, where your complaint will be logged and a contact name given to you. We will try and resolve your complaint as soon as possible. Please have all relevant details to hand i.e. NAME, ADDRESS, CONTACT PHONE NUMBERS, and if possible an e-mail address, stating which date the complaint is for.

They will then contact us for further details. IBAS can only deal with complaints about the bet itself, the manner in which it was entered and accepted by us. Not about our company or service. IBAS insist you have already approached our resolution team before it will entertain any adjudication.
